Opening ‘Her Thai‘ is a beautiful, full circle moment for Mindy as she has the opportunity to showcase her delicious Thai dishes, and more importantly honor her mother.
Mindys goal with the opening of ‘Her Thai’ is to share her idea of what authentic and fresh Thai food is all about. Alongside her husband/co- founder and their family in Miracle Mile.
