Aree’s team consists of a new generation of Thais in Sydney, Australia, who dream to communicate with people via Thai fusion cuisine that incorporates both traditional and cosmopolitan flavors. Since moving to Sydney, we’ve been taking advantage of opportunities to work at a variety of restaurants, both takeout and fine dining. It provided us with the opportunity to sample a range of dishes from other countries while socializing with a broad group of friends. We wish to expose people to Thai traditional cuisines since we were born and raised in Thailand. This encouraged us to study new ways that assist to put values into traditional food as well as unique ideas to increase its deliciousness, which prompted us to open Aree Thai Twist.
